It will be reviewed by the Government's Scientific Officers rather than being presented for publication in a medical journals where it would then be reviewed by independent peers from the same field to see if the methodology stood up, but I could easily be wrong. That might be going on as well.

The first time I heard about it was when someone tried to explain how the Russian vaccine got to market so quick. It makes sense, you don’t reinvent the rifle every time you go hunting.
