Can we have "he/she/it/character name was sitting at my/your/his/her/it's/character name's desk"? And can we use any tense, or just past?

It's always a good thing to try something new. One of MY credos is "Don't knock it till ya try it". Thanks Silverone for trying...oh and again looking after this competition.
