But you have to realize that not all guys would be comfortable with that, just as not all girls would be. We can't start prosecuting based on gender.

I personally think that 16 year olds are old enough to make their own sexual decisions regardless of their gender. But if we have laws protecting 16 year old girls, then we need equivalent ones for guys. Just because the average guy is more ready doesn't mean that they are all ready.
