But this kid apparently had no choice, at least the way you made it sound! It's like your saying it should be ok because most 16 year old boys would like, and for those that don't oh well, your problem.

Because of the nature of the relationships, he was not able to give consent because he was not in a position to deny consent. It's abuse, plain and simple. I vote for jail time.

A group home is a plce for kids who are either ward of the state, having no parents or gaurdians, or kids who are having troubles at home and need extra rules, supervision and quidance.


Often teenagers who are difficult to place in foster care.
