I have excess air pressure into the crankcase which is causing oil to be pushed out of the dipstick tube. HELP. 5 people w/ different opions and none are right

When excess pressure is exerted in the centre one should try and relieve it on the flanks. A kingside attack often works well.

Sounds like you've possibly got a bit of an ol' blowby gas problem... and no before anyone says it "You can't get ointment for that!"

I'd get onto your local garage or google it and botch the work yourself from poorly constructed webapge info.

Replace your PCV valve. (positive crankcase ventilation)
