Andy, 2011 RHP Public Forums / Most Popular Threads summarizes page one threads as of year end 2011. "The Wheelbarrow Game" had a good run but now resides on page 4. Maybe it will get bumped back to life as a result of your post here. Think I'll update this listing every month or so. Whole idea was to help posters discover new facets of the site's public forums.

No.

It's "The Doctor".
"Who" is just an epithet given in the title of the series and referred to by others; AFAIK he never calls himself that, and certainly does not insist on others calling him by it.
