Since you're not actually judging you are entitled to a vote. You probably shouldn't declare your vote until after the voting has closed. Then your unconscious and unintential bias, if you have any, can't possibly change the overall result.

Of course you can vote. It would make no sense not to. You're running the contest and I think everyone who knows you would trust your judgement.
