it's about 1pm in the centre of belfast, woman (late 20s) is shopping with child (about 5), child decides to have a strop over something and goes to sit on the road (bus lane) woman shouts for everyone within a 30 metre radius to hear -

"don't sit on the middle of the road, are you stupid?"
