That's a good question. At first I thought maybe this guy is actually a
high rated player and wanted to raise his rating so that the RHP
aristocracy would play him, but it doesn't seem like something a good
chess player would do.

Well, I dont know but, I believe that everyone could create privates
and rates games and nobody will notice that kind of cheating, I m not
teaching how to cheat but I dont know if it works, these players should
do like this and it is a little more inteligent....

I believe the site did away with private rated games some time ago;
all rated games must now be public. My understanding is that this was
done because of the abuse you just mentioned.

I don't think that it should be ignored! What will stop them from
cluttering the server with junk so real games can not be played!!

Whomever runs the site just change the settings on what a rated
game can be. It should last at least a certain number of moves.
anything less then 5 or 10 moves, should not count toward a rating.
because if you are that much better ..... am I wasting my breath, this
seems to have blow over anyhow. (it just so happens that happend
the day I joined and I picked four figs for one of my first games, HA
HA )
