I am fair and freckled.
I burn easily.
When I was a kid, I got lots of sunburns.
My "tan" is freckled and pink.
So I just thought sunburnt was me. I never learn my lesson. Even when I use SPF, I get sunburnt...a tiny bit.
Do you still get it now?

-Removed-As an offense in itself? Probably not. But did anyone ever get burnt just for having two accounts? AFAICT, everybody who got done for that got done because he played himself, used his second account to get around a ban, argued with himself in the forums, or drew attention to his second account in a similar manner. Some of these may, technically, not be punishable, even though they are clearly actionable. Being able to get rid of someone like that is useful for the health of the site. Frankly, if FIDE had been able to do something like that to the Soviet players in the 1970s, it would have been for the good of international chess.
Besides, I can't think of a good reason to have two accounts. Wanting one for the forums and one to play smacks of a lack of belief in your own honesty, really.
