People have all sorts of reasons for making a new account, don't they? But we KNOW who they are, anyway.

But for those who make new accounts so they can be trolls in order to manifest their sociopathic compulsion? They ruin things in the fora.

The cheating thing, speaks for itself.

So, I don't think it's SO bad unless your intention and use is malicious and clearly violates TOS.
