It now transpires that the sad collection of despicable trash that run the UK have, in thier wisdom, deemed it right to PAY 3000 pounds to Foreign criminals for them to leave the UK !!!!!!!!! What can I say ????

sounds about right. doesn't cost a lot more to chase them around, don't the pose a greater threat than 3K when they are there, if you catch them doing something criminal doesn't cost a lot more than 3K penalizing them?
