jeez... I have 5 friggin timeouts I could claim. And I'm not gonna claim any of them. This sux.
2 are clan challenge games. The guy's on honeymoon, and I'm not mean enough to time him out.
2 are against my (now former) French teacher. I like him, he gave me an A in French... I won't time him out either, even though I have no idea why he's not moing.
the last one is against my grandpa, who's in hospital after brain surgery, so obviously I won't time him out either.
But why oh why do I have to wait for so many people to move? why can't everyone move, like, right now?

What I do is if the game is won I will claim the timeout.
Otherwise I let it go, within reason.

1) Be a member of 3 clans.
2) Tell your clan leaders to only give you 3/7 challenges.
3) Join all open tournaments with 3/7 time limits.
4) Increase your games to 60-70.

I nearly never time anyone out.
I've played games where my opponent doesn't move for months at a time. I couldn't care less.
However, if someone doesn't move for months and doesn't reply to PM's, then once he's at the bottom of my list...I remove him/her.
Ya try to be fair.
