I have problems with the following being on the list
Iron Butterfly - Sure Inagadavita was self indulgent. but these guys set some standars for acid/bluesy rock
Malmstein - Mystery to me why he's on...the "experts' have no sense of apreciating technique
Primus - Too unique for the clowns who made the list
Arrested Development - What I've heard of them sounded pretty interesting
ELP - I gues they didn't fit the mold of what these fools want in a band. Too talented for them
The Doors - I don't think that I need to comment
Rick Wakeman - Again, no interest in talent
Blind Melon - They really out - Janes Addiction - themselves. Underappreciated band
I think the the idiots who made this list are probabaly more into crap bands like The Killers or other modern mush.

I'm curious about this deflection mechanism that people employ.
This whole 'get a life' thing...
So if someone appreciates or gives good feedback about art, they are open-minded etc., but if they criticize, then suddenly they 'have no life' and in your mind, just hang around here to give people grief?

I had that Alan Parsons Project album based on Edgar Allan Poe's stuff when I was a teenager and quite liked it. Haven't heard anything from it in about 25 years, so I don't remember if it was crap or not. But putting the Doors on a "worst 50 list" is an affront to rock history; if any "big name" bands deserve inclusion it would be the Beach Boys (vapid, brainless crap).
The post that was quoted here has been removedWhat a great point of interest.
Let's all compile a completely objective list of the Top 50 Worst Artists in the world and analyze the list as if it weren't just a bloody joke.
I'll do mine:
50 Worst Musicians:
It's a tie between 50 tone deaf chinamen with unpronouncable names.
Now discuss.
