Thought this might help some of you deal with your loss:
Denial = No, they didn't take my recs away.
Anger = How dare they take my recs away.
Guilt = It's my fault they took my recs away.
Depression = Life isn't worth living without my recs.
Forgiveness = I forgive them for taking my recs away.
Acceptance = My recs are gone and I'm OK with that.
Recovery = I forgive myself for making them take my recs away.
Alternatively you may just have underestimated the strength of stage 2.
