Thank you GB, the subject of escaping from tobacco is close to my heart. My own escape from the addiction was as instantaneous and as pain free and as permanent as(forgive the analogy) the conversion and salvation of a committed born again christian. ( which thing I am not, as you well know) If only I could convince people how simple and easy it actually can be.
