Kidding. Best wishes, I made it two weeks about two months ago. I hope your will power is stronger than mine was.

in one of the links there was a guy with a huge bloody mutant growth where his throat used to be. I'd guess looking at that every time you hit the urge, should condition you to puke on thinking about smoking in no time. problem solved.

Originally posted by leestaticI quit New Years Eve. I still haven't had one. I still crave. But the craving is in my throat, not my mind. The physical must change soon enough, but I have 25 years of habitual muscle movement in my throat to alter, so it could be a while.
When does the craving end?
This guy keeps me going, since he's on most cigarette packets.

Stick with it. You start to look much better after a month - your skin and your clothes stay much cleaner. I'd still murder for one - but I am not going to. Get that attitude - we all want things we can't have - a ciggy is just the same!
Edit: just saw Bent's post. Oh well. I'll be craving for some time. Better just get used to it! 😉

If you come out of there still wanting a cigarette, go to the local gun shop and get yerself a short barrelled shot-gun and one shell...

Nice of you to visit, Muppy. You've been missed.
