Two other notes of interest: (1) Mincing words doesn't cut it. (2) When Creature A judges/diagnoses Creature B, A gets B's discipline.

in a way, these delusional states have a kind of beautiful internal logic to them. notice how anyone perceived to be critical is cast into the role of minion of the devil? as i said, nothing can penetrate. anything at all can be made to serve the delusion.
the underlying hunger, of course, when the delusional state is coupled with virulent narcissism, is for attention. perceived criticism, once it has been safely 'processed', is just as welcome as supportive comments are. and it is a hunger that can never be sated. no amount of attention can ever be enough. and if attention is not forthcoming, then the person in question will take greater and greater risks to procure it.
so i imagine these posts of mine will ease that pain of yours for a short time. you're welcome.

PS: basically, everything you say along current lines serves to confirm my diagnosis. keep doing that if it gives you some relief.

seriously, bobby, guys who's elevator doesn't go all the way to the top are a dime a dozen. only one in a million can make their elevator go sideways. and if you were that one in a million, you'd get a LOT of attention from the world of clinical psychiatry. you'd like that, wouldn't you? interview after interview in which all you had to talk about was yourself, and people would actually be interested in what you were saying. think about it.
