Before the 1999 All-Star Game there was some kind of ceremony with the "All Century Team" or some such; I remember it mostly because MLB let Pete Rose attend as it was done by fan vote and he made it. The Fenway faithful booed the crap out of Clemens when he was announced; it was a ceremony at the All-Star Game for cripes sake! I'm surprised you cretins didn't throw crap at Ted Williams.

Sure fans boo players when they're screwing up in games, but at awards ceremony????? Only Red Sox and maybe Philly fans would sink that low.
