If the KKK carried the picture down the streets of Beverly Hills it woud cause quite a stir.

See the difference?
How, in the name of God, do you equate using an avatar of a heroic black figure on the Public Forums of an internet chess site to the KKK marching?

You're beyond ridiculous.

How, in the name of God, do you equate, an image of a black man in chains, that I found offensive, to that of Martin Luther King, sitting in a jail, I see no chains on him, I was not offended by that pic at all.

Of course, your perceptions have to be binding on everyone else on RHP.

So, Black man behind prison bars - OK. Black man in chains - racist and offensive.

I'll write that down.

My perceptions, binding on everyone else? It's pretty irrational of you to say that, don't you think?

Not at all. It seems that if you're offended by something, no matter how unreasoning that offense is, it's enough for the Site Admins to remove it because you're offended. Therefore, in the future, it would behoove all of us on these forums to conduct ourselves in the manner you might approve of.

Every single vampire on this site is offended by your avatar as it contains an image of the sun. Kindly change it to something less offensive.
