You need Level Two clearance in order to receive Authorisation to be allowed to subscribe. To acquire Level Two clearance you have to engage in heavy-petting with someone in one of the higher ranking cliques. Once you have done so you will receive your yellow access card and you will be duly processed so that you may use the retinal scanner and palm print identification system.

They are authorized to assign you a new alias. Once there, you need to make a new account on rhp with your new alias.
Then and only then will you be allowed to subscribe.
