You're giving him carte blanche to exercise all the "disdain and disgust" he can muster. I'm sure he already feels that anyone who disagrees with him "deserves nothing less than disdain and disgust for their behavior."
His entire "reason for being" in this forum is exactly that, to confront those who disagree with him and to show his disgust for them. He's done this for years now and now you justify his actions here.
The difference is that you meant those like him, and he means the rest of us.

The odds are pretty good him and I are not going to get along well. I already see the writing on the wall. If you call something white, he will call it black just for argument sake. He just loves to argue.
I don't think it even matters to him who it is with. I've already noticed, he got himself in CLOSE with RUSS, or was already there before hand.
He will kiss up to those who he figures will benefit him, by doing so. Still reminds me of a certain OLD MOD!!! NOTE: Russ could have put that subject to bed about that, and didn't. He loves the Banter. Makes for a lively forum. I guess I can't blame Russ for that.
He just may be here to stir the pot, like he did in the debate forums. Must admit it does make them active and lively.

That can't be. I think you misinterpreted my meaning. No one gets a pass for being an ass. I've given FMF hell for his assness hundreds of times.
Thing is though, I'm tired of it. If one wants to be an ass, who am I to stand in his way. After all, some of my best friends are asses. 😉

I don't. I can't think of anyone who deserves it as a person. And I think the moderators would do well to remove anything that exhibits it though post by post. It was right for Seitse's post about Grampy Bobby's deceased wife. That arguably demonstrated disdain for the entire community.
