In actuality, he's spent hours and hours combing through the websites looking for people who claim to be from this or that country. And most of 'em were probably 1300 players. Doesn't seem like all that much to brag about, from what I see.
Now, if this player physically toured the world, and beat at least one bona fide chess player in every country? Well that belongs in the Guiness Book of World Records, for sure.
