Take the number of posts you've made (as defined above) and divide by the number of moves you've made on the site (you can also do the inverse).
I make on average 0.2 posts per chess move.
Or looked at another way 5 moves per post.
There are not many posters that I've found that post more than they move: i.e. have a score of posts to moves above 1 (they're kind of obvious though, and shouldn't surprise).
If you've got both a high number of posts per day and a high ratio of posts per move .... well .. get a life. And stop clogging up the forums <insert smiley failed>
