Imagine the damage the little buggers could do with that every day.
Buy like 1/16th of a gram, cut it and make around 4€, buy 1/8th of a gram, cut it, make around 8€, and so on.

By the time they'll reach 18, they're already in a colombian mansion sipping mojitos and with a swimming pool full of latinas.
