i do not think it is good form for this sort of behaviour period or in fact posting such things as x is evil.
how about a book of sin as soon as there is some unacceptable behaviour for whatever reason you get some points. once you have n points you are banned for a month etc...

1. a separate forum for name calling. ie
"chesshire cat is a muppet" ;-) (just kidding).
Just so the good folk of RHP dont have to read them unless they want to.
2. Book of sin - somewhere to keep a track of the unfriendlies on RHP. ie multiple account holders, cheats etc. now when they have accumulated n points they get banned for n days/months etc.
