Unless you have seen her out and about and in good shape at that, it's not too late to dial that 999 and report what you saw. Someone can drop by and ask to see her.

I checked on her, she is fine and rather embarrassed, she says that she had too much to drink and simply freaked out. I am glad she is ok.
