First, you need some Chourico patties. I went with patties over links because I didn't want to buy another batch of bulky rolls, and had burger buns on hand.

Dice up some Green and Red Peppers, and some Onion. Put that in tinfoil with a generous splash of YOU'RE favorite beer, or the beer you have on hand.

Once you grilled that for a bit and the veggies get tender you want to start browning your chourico on the grill, and toast your BUNS.

Once you have the buns toasted, and the patties crisped, you'll want to PILE IT ON!

Next, load her up with your favorite condiments. I've chosen a bit of mayo and brown mustard. If you desire catsup, you have FAILED! I had mine with a tall milk, perhaps you prefer water or a beer and that is fine.
