Are there any other truly "colored" people out there?
Not to be mistaken for a "color" man/person. Which would be 1 color. Like black, or white.
No sir, I'm truly "colored". Multi like a rainbow.
I came into this world pinkish.
When I'm sick I turn a greenish.
When I'm cold I turn a bluish/ purplish.
When I'm in the sun too long I turn red. Then gradually I turn a golden brownish/tanish.
When I bruise I turn every color in a rainbow. At 1st I turn black & bluish/purplish. Then as I heal it turns to a greenish/ yellowish/orangish/pinkish.
That's "colored". Not "color".
It's amazing my whole life most everyone has labeled me as a "white" boy.
But when I wear a brand spanking new "white" t -shirt everyone can clearly see the stark contrast.
Same when I wear an ol "black" t-shirt. I'm clearly not black or white.
Don't think I've ever seen any "white" people. Yet.
But there seems to be a whole lot of folks that claim to be.
Not me. I'm proud to be colored.
But if your a chess player you probably are smart enough to already know this ridiculously obvious information that 1 would have to be blind not to already know it.
But you might be surprised at how many pretend to be ignorant & act like I'm still a "white boy".
It really doesn't bother me none.
In fact I tell people,
" You can call me anything you like. Except never call me late for dinner!"

what do you see when you close yer eyes?
what do you see if you've never seen anything with yer eyes?
the visible spectrum of light reflected to yer eyes and then perceived as one will is all most folks will ever allow themselves to "see"
but as you know, there is far more to light than the visible spectrum that can be seen with human eyeballs
so too with humans themselves
concern yerself less with the colors you see
