Looks like a pretty cool site. I've only just checked it out, but it seems to work pretty well.

For a while now I have checked out recipe videos on YouTube. Sometimes it just works best to see someone create the dish.

I like how they have all these cooking references on the left pane and then you can quickly watch a video on how to make a roux, for example, when it's referenced in a current video.

Navigation of the different parts of the recipe video is also a great addition, so you can come back to watch a certain part again if you forget how.
