If you are refering to trouble making football fans then no, I refute that. I spent two months travelling in the Caribbean with cricket fans, and we would all call ourselves 'Barmy Army', and they were all great people. I never saw any trouble in the grounds or outside them, or heard of any trouble. Apart from a few people getting mugged in Trinidad there was no trouble for or from the English fans. Sure a lot of them wore football tops and probably went to football matches, but that doesn't make them thugs. The Barmy Army drink a lot and sing (occasionally rubbish) songs but they do it mingling with other fans from wherever they go, and everyone has a good time. (Apart maybe, from those with musical sensibilities)
