"About Love"

You never love someone to the maximum until you know many small
details about them that you've learned from attentive observation.

Do you jot them down in your notebook?

You're more than a number in my little black book
you're more than a one night stand........

all I had to take me was just one look.........

nelarini, please consider the possibility that animal lust stalks, while mutual human love protects its own intimacy.

a) 'never' is an awesome word, so perfectly absolute...
b) love has a scale??? a minimum and a maximum???
exactly how many is the "many" of the small details we must know???
how are details weighted??? if we know two "large" details and four "small" details, does that mean we achieve the industrial maximum strength love that all of us seek???
c) what if yer not attentive??? what if you learn stuff by accident??? what if you pay for the information???

the love stuff is so dang confusing...
