accessing certain areas

Something has to be done about accessing certain areas, ie. forums, archives etc. I cannot do it. My screensaver comes on before it comes up and some times it doesn't come up at all. Sometimes the computer locks up and have to reboot. There has to be a way to delete the archives, too much stored information I think is the problem.

what kind of linkup are you using (56K, DSL, cabel...?)? What server are you coming through & from where? How does RHP compare to other sites. The pages are pretty fast for me, but I am using DSL. Has this always been the case or is it a recent problem? If recent, did it come on gradually or suddenly?
Sorry, I don't know how much you know about PC's. I'm just trying to see if the cause really is the RHP speed.

I have cable and it hasn't always been a problem. Just started getting worse this week. Before it was only the tournaments that I couldn't access, now it's my archives. I am in the USA and use comcast. Maybe it's a problem with them.

I'm definatly no expert, but it sound that the problem is either your computer or your connection to the net doesn't like this site. Maybe if you post in help someone will guide you through locating the problem & fixing it (?)

Maybe some spyware or something has snuck onto your machine and is eating up your connection speed?

The amount of stored information is probably equivalent to a holiday picture taken with a cheap camera.

How much RAM have you got ?
