There was a really good acoustic version of Layla by Eric Clapton, very nice song and quite easy to play, also and quite obscurely I found a couple of old Bon Jovi songs that were done acoustic were really nice and easy and very good songs, Livin on a prayer and Wanted dead or alive

How about America? They were mostly acoustic, and had some good stuff(A Horse With No Name,Ventura Highway, etc.) Or maybe Pat Simmons of the Doobie Bros? Black Water, I Cheat the Hangman,Clear As the New Driven Snow-all good easy listening songs.😏

you could try a bit of Radiohead. Some of their stuff is very easy to do acoustic. Although, the guitar can be quite hard. Counting Crows are mostly acoustic, you could try Mr Jones. Although, I've never seen the tabs for that so I couldn't say how hard it would be. Incubus have done some very mellow stuff. Wish You Were Here and Drive being pretty outstanding. Ofcourse, Clapton is always a classic. you'll never be able to play it, but you want to listen to Classical Gas just to realise how good tihs man really was.

If I was on my other computer I'd be able to give you a bit more help. I might add to this at some point.

There's an excellent acoustic version of Born In The USA on the boss's 18 Tracks album. I like it better than the original, I think it suits the tone of the lyrics better
