Advantageously low grade

Can anyone enlighten me as to why someone would want to lower their grade?

I was checking out a olar77 before accepting a game with him and discovered he had lost loads and loads of games between 7th August and 9th August.

Had a peek at the games and all were lost by Fools Mate in 3 moves.

Whats his angle?
