I wasn't being funny. I was explaining to Starrman that, while I agree that it is wrong to hit people except in self-defence, gender is a consideration in how you hit people when defending yourself. Please try to follow the content of the posts before you respond to them, or I'll have to alert the moderators because you're off-topic. This isn't about humour.
