I used to live in Plattsburgh, NY, USA. its about 1/2hr south of canada. near Plattsburgh is a town called Ogdensburgh. There used to sit an assylum where if you brought a crazy person to it, they'd give you $150 cash. I'm betting I could have gotten away with a cool million for you buddy.
