who feels that eating takes up way too much time in our lives?

First you have to prepare the food, then sit down and eat it, then clean up, and this all happens 3 times each day!

It is very annoying to me and seems like such a waste of good time.

Make your own juice with a juice machine. It is super fast and healthy.
Carrot, strawberry, and apple is one of my favs.

Food is only a challenge for anorexics or bulemics! 🙂

Jeez, I'm starving.

Giz a deep fried steak, with onion rings, bacon rolled sausages, mash, roasts, carrots and brocolli in a galore of gravy.

For the anorexic reading this; "You are a fat git, who needs to lose weight," and for the latter, "You ate too much, you're gonna get fat - go and spew buddy!"

For the doctor, you are an Australian wind that smells after a bad meal! 🙂

I had the best time making Boston Butt as GB suggested. I roasted it near 2 hours on the grill at 300f. Placed on a cookie sheet on the grill, wrapped in tinfoil first half and basted second half.

Anyway, my wife said I'd need to buy a new cookie sheet if I ruined that one.

I spent 2 minutes attempting to clean it, and decided my time is money so I threw it away. It had half inch of char that wasn't EVAH going to come off.

As the meat got tender on the grill baked potatoes were in the oven. Wife says, "wasn't it a bit hot to run the oven"? (She went to her parents with the kids)

'I don't know, I was outside playing with a pork shoulder'!

It was tender, like pulled pork. I mixed a special batch of Mustard BBQ with a few splash of Tabasco. I even had Sour Cream for my tates.

I celebrated by not touching my green beans and washing it down with a tall glass of milk and 3 beers for dessert.

3 hours prep and eat time, lifetime of enjoyment.

Yes, I've never enjoyed cooking...I'm with you.

I eat the simplest things on the run.

Today:

tuna without bread mixed with hummus (no mayo)
apple
hardboiled eggs
peas

Maybe oatmeal if I'm hungry later.

I hate cooking food, srsly.

Cleaning a juicer is a nightmare though (mine is anyway). What make/model do you have?
