An Asylum for the Cuckoo

The little cuckoo--Gascraft, JJihad, etc--needs a home. His constant spamming is tiring the mods, distracting them from their doughnut prerogatives. Perhaps he could be granted access to the spirituality forum but banned from other spaces? His posts have some context there.
