They use something similar where I live.

It is motion activated and consists of a guy reading passages from the bible and it starts whenever there is too much "activity". Does the kids heads in as it goes on for about 15 minutes after motion is detected even if they leave the area.

Guess there is only so much bible bashing kids can suffer....

Seems to work really well though. 🙂

If it's loud enough to be extremely annoying for most teenagers, I can be almost sure that it would be very painful to me and other people who can hear those frequencies and are hypersensitive to sound. And if they install this near shops, not in shops, it would be impossible to avoid even if you don't visit the shop.
