Only 2 people (including yourself) can possibly fit in your car. What do
you do?

You ask your great friend to bring the old lady to the hospital, while
you make love. Talk to your friend when he returns with the car and
hope it takes a while... (took me 1 minute)

Sounds a like a great solution to me!
