I used to feel bothered by their grumpiness, but now I just feel sorry for the poor sods. They are so unhappy with their lives and there is so much unsatisfaction in them that they whine and groan for every little tiny stupidity, like people standing in front of the doors before the ones in come out, or a kid enjoying his iPod with a high volume, or this or that.
I mean, seriously, next time you bump into ones of those grumpy fellas, try to imagine how their life is... it will help you feel compassion and, even better, it will keep them from ruining your day. I do it also here in RHP, with people like Frank, or cash, or Sam, and it works, trust me.
