It breaks my heart when I see a "pet" or any other animal kept in a cage . Birds in aviaries , rabbits, gerbils etc I would have it banned ,zoo's as well .

What about people shoved in government owned row houses or projects?

In comparison, zoos seem nice and they animals are well treated.

To be honest whodey I think I care more about animals than humans .
We ( humans ) can look after ourselves ( questionable ) but how would you like to be locked in your front room for the rest of your life with a giant head looking at you ?

I think animal have it better. They would rather chew their leg off than surrender to their jailer.

Humans, on the other hand, insist on voting in droves for their jailer.

Do not call inmates pets. They're human too.

So these people are forced to live in these houses and aren't allowed to leave?

Is there no issue that you will not attempt to politicize and moan about the US government? Why not let the UK rule you again? Would you like that?

Hmmm I suggest that if one attempted to incarcerate a hermit crab he may feel not a little aggrieved and become even more 'crabby'😞

Yes this was the reason that I fenced off the back Garden so that my rabbits could run around, they hated it in the cage even though it was large and spacious.

That is like condoning sexual abuse because it is not as bad as rape.
Keeping animals in cages is bad.
Saying other things are worse makes no difference.

Long time ago London Zoo was threatened with closure.
Guy approached me in Covent Garden wanting me to sign a petition to
"Save London Zoo". After some debate I think I persuaded him that keeping
it open was not in the animals' best interests.
