Does anyone else here get plagued by these f*%&^%^ c&^*$uckers calling all the time trying to sell stuff?
Basically, next person to phone is getting invited round - hopefully a really important "regional manager" or some such thing and of course as I work lots and out of town, it'll have to be evening or weekend 🙂
Normally I don't mind but the same lot have called me twice in one week - ilke I'm going to change my mind about buying double glazing in this period of time.
Anyone have any suggestions on any better ways to get back at them or is inviting salesfolks round at inconvenient times to tell them that the calls are unappreciated about as good as it gets?

If they persist then tell them their mother is a whore and threaten them while loudly sharpening a bow knife into the receiver.

The fact of the matter is that the same bunch of idiots phoned me last week, I politely told them then I wasn't interested and they phoned back tonight.
That spells war to me.
All common decency has gone out the (already double-glazed) window.
I fancy invitiing him round and when he gets here asking him how he feels about Jesus.
I should go and swot up on my religion in the debates & spirituality forums I think

Call centres are even more annoying. Half an hour of vilvaldi, to speak to someone who is no help whatsoever, then get transferred 3 times to end up exactly where you started.
If politicians were truly in touch with the people they would do something about this.
I often wonder if this is a delaying tactic to make you think you're holding for less time
But at least if I am calling them it's because I want something and they are paid to 'help'
