Another!? Book Thread

Hey all, I recently got back into chess (enjoying it) and learning more about it. has anyone got any recommendations to improve my open games? I had a game (against a weaker player) OTB, even though I still won. I misread the position and realised Fritz found nice positions for my opponent.
