No, this is a 4 day SPLIT routine (meaning I have a day off inbetween for gentle cardio)

Weights day one, cardio day two etc etc.

And what exercises would you be able to do without the equipment you have?? (apart from weighted dips)
O I don't do cardio stuff. I have a bench at home only so I work out everyday with it, about 30 min each day.

Push ups, situp and weight dips I can do without the bench.

AS SasQ said you need to keep an element of cardio into your routine for conditioning (obviously depending on your goals) also if you are wanting a 6 pack then cardio is a must (again depending what you want)

Bench press 4x failer
superset with
Shoulder press 4x failer

he says it just takes about 25-30 minutes of non stop training

1. Are you basically healthy?

2. Any history of back or neck problems?

3. How long have you been working out? (Be honest, PM me if you want.)

4. What are your fitness goals?

5. Height/weight/age? (Again, PM me if you want. Go ahead, sickos...)

That's a good start. I'll straighten you out.

3.2 years, doing what I've been doing. I started out slowly and once I can do 10 or more of the same exercise I move up 5 pounds.

So say I start doing Hammer curls at 70 pounds and I do 11 in 1 rep. Next time I do them I would go up to 75 pounds and see how many I can do in 1 rep.

4. Bigger, I'm fit already just need to eat more 🙁 hardest thing for me.

5. 24, 6 feet, argg to little. Basically If I was 4 inches shorter I would be great. Picture a light weight boxer.

crap, I have never liked them, you end up with a rubbish workout rushing from one to the other, your form turns out to be rubbish too. I have seen lads in the gym lifting weights like no-bodies business but rocking all over the place!! LOL!!

I am tempted to say something but they obviously know best!!😕

As for only doing one exercise for each muscle group, is he aware of how many groups of muscles are in each??

Well in May I started eating more and working out with this 4 day on , 1 day off thing and I was gaining 5 pound each month and then end of july, I got to busy with work and stopped.

So I gained 15 pounds over the 3 months and then lost 5 pounds in Aug. So if I eat I do go up in weight but it's hard though.

I think you maybe getting confused with reps and sets.

A rep is one complete movement.
A set is how many you do all together before a rest.

If you have an opinion, offer it, but don't get cheeky. There are alot of right ways to work out. I'm giving him something I got from a former Mr. New Jersey, and something that worked very well for me. Nothing saying that what you do doesn't work for you.
I have an opinion and posted it because he asked for it.

I would never do a rep if it meant swinging a weight and giving me bad form performing it.

As for getting your routine from a former Mr. New Jersey, good for you.

Guys …….. What do you think about taking supplements?

I have never taken any… but I know people who start taking supplements even before they have done the basic 6 months training…. I find that shocking
