Any serial killers in RHP?

I would like to hear your opinions regarding flesh & meat removal from craneums.

Skin sewing tips are also appreciated, as well as timing of the morphine dose for maintaining the 'piece' alive while parts are removed.

You clearly have no idea of what it takes to be a serial killer. It is not such a hollywood lifestyle where you can torment people and escape unharmed from the authorities for ages or capturing a victim to torture with nobody noticing. There is no time to leave a calling card or trademark kil now, In real life it is much more of a game where you have to take your chances wherever they are available and, thanks to modern policing methods, you WILL get caught sooner or later... not quite as much fun as you thought eh?
