If you are skinning use a sharp knife. Make an incission, not to deep. Pull one side of the skin where u made the incission to that very same side, when a fleece appears between the skin you are pulling and the side where u are pulling the skin from; cut there.
Do that all the way and the skin will come off nicely🙂
