I remember looking to see IF the internet was freely available there but could find nothing to confirm nor deny this...I was curious whether he was just having me on lol and flew an email over to the 'ministry of justice'... a pleasant chap wrote back confirming, 'why not'...he confirmed that 'some' life inmates were actively taking outside courses \ applying for jobs etc readying for their release date..whereby 'limited MONITORED internet' was essential.
I've no need to doubt there may well be more happily logging on here daily, satisfying the monitored internet usage by simply playing chess 🙂
