the top players are overwhelmingly subs (probably because of having played a lot more games), but after a few dozen pages the amount of stars goes down to roughly 10/30, and most of the 600+ pages around 7 stars per page (a guestimate after flipping through the player tables for a while). so as the low rated players dwarf the first few pages filled with stars, a rough estimate of active subs is about:
(7*632)/18969 = 23%

I think it could as low as 1% - it seems to be the same people all the time
(usually the same topic but only re-hashed....) 🙁
